Does the "access to the labour market" annotation on a residence card mean unlimited right to work?
The "access to the labour market" annotation on a residence card can be misleading.
It is important to note that it does not always mean unlimited right to work.
In some cases, such an annotation is also found on residence cards issued to persons who have the right to work only for a specific employer and under strictly defined conditions.
Therefore, in order to make a full and correct assessment of the situation, it is necessary to analyse in detail the content of the decision on granting a residence permit.
The inscription "access to the labour market" itself is not sufficient to legally employ a foreigner in Poland.
